How it works:

This will be like a pickup game of basketball. You don’t know who you’re playing with or what song you will play but watch and see how it all comes together. Our goal is to have a good time and make music!

Guitar players:

Bring your own axe and SMALL AMP!!!!

please keep in mind this is a small room, no need to bring the 6x12 Marshall stack!

Please aim to have your rig setup by 7pm

Drummers:

Drums are provided just bring your sticks.

Bass players:

Bring your own bass. Bass amp provided.

Keys players:

Feel free to bring your own board. You can go directly into the house or bring your own amp if needed.

Acoustic guitars:

We will have a DI box setup or bring a small amp if needed.

Feel free to bring anything else that makes noise. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Step into the warmth of the season with Bauernhaus Yuletide Revelry, a midwinter celebration inspired by one of the world’s oldest solstice traditions. Yule traces back thousands of years to the ancient Norse, honoring the return of the Sun after the longest night and the rebirth of the fertile land. This December, Carolina Bauernhaus invites you to gather in that same spirit of light, music, and community.

We’re thrilled to welcome Émigré, a musical ensemble devoted to sharing the rich folklore, ballads, and lively reel and jig traditions of the North Atlantic Islands—Scotland, England, and Ireland. Their performances weave music, storytelling, and history into an unforgettable experience, guided by the talented Saro Lynch-Thomason.

Throughout the evening, you can:

Season's greetings to one and all! The young and the old! The good and the...bad...

Another year has passed, and Krampus awakens yet again to sniff out the less desirable, misbehaved children of the world. In years past we have witnessed what fates lie in store for little children who fail to behave themselves. Once they are snatched up and whisked away, what is to become of them?

Are they slaves forced to serve Krampus for all time? Are they sent out to do his bidding? Or are they simply a late-night snack?

All shall be revealed in this year's production of Krampus and His Holiday Hellions!

As always, the festivities will begin with a parade starting at Carolina Bauernhaus, walking Pendleton St, and then returning to Bauernhaus where the show shall begin. Be sure to don your best Krampus or Holiday Hellion outfit, and bring as many noise makers, drums, and bells as you can to fill the air full of cheerful doom and gloom as we stalk the Village of West Greenville!
